A Registered Nurse experienced in OR from Humber River Regional Hospital, Ontario for over 13 years. I have completed my Registered Nurse First Assistance course in August 2015. My career includes assisting in surgeries of Orthopedic, General, Ent, Plastic, Urology, Gynecology and Robot assisted and Laparoscopic surgeries. I have also gained knowledge in Endoscopy, Post Anesthesia Care, Pre Op/Day Surgery, and Post-Operative Unit during these years.
Experience to scrub/assist for Orthopedic (Total joint arthroplasty, Arthroscopy, tendon and ligament repairs, hips, knees, feet, shoulders surgeries, sports injuries, fractures etc.)Hysterectomy (vaginal, abdominal and laparoscopic), Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, Pelvic and bladder prolapsed, Cancer surgeries, Lap gastric banding and Gastric Bi-pass, Lap appendectomy, Lap cholecystectomy, Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy, Colon surgeries, Varicose vein stripping, Cataract, squint correction, surgery of the Ears, Nose and Throat, Glands and Tumors of the head and neck, correct a misalignment of the Jaw and mandible, Plastics–reconstructive, hand, cosmetic and Facial surgery , Urology ,Kidney surgeries and Robot assisted surgeries.
